All data access operations in ClientTrack pass through the Data Access and Security component. This provides a way for ClientTrack to access data, but also enforces all security rules related to that data. The currently logged in user’s credentials are presented and revalidated by the Data Access and Security component. By passing all application queries through the same get/set data operations, ensures private data stays private.
ClientTrack has been reviewed by the McCormick Institute who has confirmed our compliance with HUD’s data standards and reporting requirements, most recently the HMIS Data and Technical Standards published by HUD in the July 30, 2004 Federal Register.
