ClientTrack Business Partner Program

Objective

Data Systems International, Inc. (DSI) actively seeks business partnerships with professional IT firms who have a record of success established on strong marketing, consulting, and systems integration proficiencies in the public or private health and human social services sector. Potential business partners who can demonstrate that they will successfully and aggressively resell ClientTrack are given preferential consideration for relationships with DSI, especially in major regional or metropolitan markets.

Tiers

There are three ClientTrack Business Partner Program Tiers:

  1. TIER I: Referring Business Partner (RBP). RBPs provide a steady stream of qualified ClientTrack prospects to DSI, but typically offer limited or no implementation, training or account management services.
  2. TIER II: Integrating Business Partner (IBP). Utilizing their exceptional competencies with project management and other professional services, IBPs complete ClientTrack implementations, which have typically been won by DSI or its other Business Partners, and build long-term relationships to retain key accounts.
  3. TIER III: Value-Added Reseller (VAR). VARs actively win and retain new ClientTrack clients, who they then support with best-in-class implementation, training, and account management services.
