Visual Workgroup Designer
In ClientTrack, system administrator can remove, replace, and configure available menus to create a specific work station for their end users. This means that end users sign in with their unique user ID and password, they will only be presented with the menus and menu options they need to accomplish their specific tasks. These are called Workgroups. Systems administrators can configure workgroups themselves with the ClientTrack Workgroup designer. Designer options include:
- Customizable Screens - We also understand it is unrealistic that one specific screen or workflow will satisfy the specific needs of all agencies. With that in mind, we have designed a comprehensive, but very easy-to-use, form tool that can be used to configure the screens and workflow by workgroup. The following areas of ClientTrack can be edited using the workgroup designer:
- Tabs-Can be disabled and enabled. Since each tab is used to represent an entity within the application such as a client, employer, provider, etc, it is not possible to add new tabs to the application using the form editor.
- Menu Groups-Can be disabled, enabled, deleted, and created.
- Menu Items-Can be disabled, enabled, deleted, and created.
- Forms-Can be disabled, enabled, deleted, and created.
