Visual Workflow Designer
ClientTrack also includes a Workflow Designer, where you can set up a series of forms, decision tree rules, “if-then” logic, determine specific order with varying dependencies:
- Workflow Engine - Another feature that can be extremely helpful in the area of ease-of-use is our workflow engine. The workflow setup process allows the administrator to configure the workflow to include specific steps and make the steps conditional based on information that has been gathered.
This is the HMIS Program Data Workflow. After the end user completes a step, a green checkmark appears next to the step in the workflow forms list.
