ClientTrack: Domestic Violence Domestic violence shelters and rape crisis facilities have a unique set of technology issues, many of which are related simply to processing with maximum speed and efficiency. When a woman is threatened with an act of violence by an abusive spouse or boyfriend, every second spent processing a hotline or crisis call is critical. Intake specialists need easy, accurate, and secure methods for gathering information, and they need it quickly.
ClientTrack provides a comprehensive solution in a confidential and secure environment that enables hotlines, rape crisis centers, and domestic violence shelters to process intake information quickly and safely, and then provide comprehensive reports that conform to the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA).
Configured intake forms and secure data collection protocols take precedence over other features. This permits data sharing security between organizations using codes to identify clients in order to keep identities secure. Once a client is secure, intake personnel are able to quickly identify an inventory of beds so victims have a comfortable place to stay. A legal assessments tool tracks domestic violence offenders and identifies any restraining orders.
ClientTrack is configured to:
In addition, reports that summarize service outcomes from a range of perspectives such as funding source, intake demographics, and services provided are automatically generated, greatly reducing workload, and dramatically boosting accountability to caring community donors and public funding agencies.
The result of ClientTrack is that employees of domestic violence and rape crisis centers are able to offer sanctuary and empower victims of abuse to live more peaceful, safer lives free from partner violence, sexual assault, and child abuse.

"CT account reps are fantastic!"
"CT gives us the capability to gather data at multiple levels, analyze programs individually, or how quickly clients are attaining goals. Prior to CT, this type of information would take us days to collect. There are no noticeable downsides. I am a HUGE fan of CT. It is very easy to learn and the staff are enjoying it. I rate CT account reps as FANTASTIC!"
